Several years ago we built this house for grandparents, in-laws, family and friends and are very excited to share it with you. 

• Fees

  • $250/night for 4 people;

  • 3 night minimum;

  • Additional people are $50/night/person;

  • Max visitors = 10; additional visitors on case by case basis by permission only;

• Cleaning

  • $200 per visit;

  • Payment should be left on the kitchen counter upon departure; 

  • Cash or checks are both acceptable;

  • Checks should be made out to Sofia Cobos;

• Standards

  • No smoking, no pets;

  • Quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM;

• Checking Out

  • Strip beds and move sheets and dirty towels to laundry room;

  • Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher;

  • Shut off all appliances;

  • Leave payment for cleaner;

  • Close windows and lock all doors;
